Weare Res (Horace Lake)
« on: Nov 16, 2008, 07:20 AM »
Got an invite to do some hardwater fishing here this year. Friend says he got a lot of crappie over the summer, I was wondering if it is worth the trip? and are there any other fish in here worth catching.

Thanks

I'd love to fish that place in the summer, but I'm not paying $20 to launch my boat. Maybe winter would be better. There might be some places to park near the dam end of the lake. I drove by there alot this summer but wasn't looking for no parking signs.

i agree.......actually mike i think its even more then that in the summer.......it looks like a great place, but if you have to pay i'm  not going.........
when chuck norris played golf for money, chuck marked down a hole in zero every time, the golf pro said, "chuck: you can't score zero on a hole." Chuck norris turned towards the man and said, "I'm chuck norris, the man proceeded to pour gas over his body and set himself on fire because that would be less painful than getting roundhouse kicked by chuck norris....chuck norris roundhouse kicked him in the face anyways
