A beautiful day Sunday ended an interesting ice fishing season. The water really started running and the top of the ice was really deteriorating fast. Edges were becoming wider and wider. Well they should it's April afterall and I really don't remember ice fishing this late.
I was fortunate to land a couple of small Pike the biggest was this 5.9 pounder
I was going to try to wait until sunset to get this one but I was getting too sunburned (and low on adult beverages)!
