I have heard that there are smelt in Oliver Lake, anyone ever go and dip them? It's something I've always wanted to try. I could sure use some guidance.

at one time they were there but are now all but gone.  inlet surveys have found   zero  in the last few years....sorry to say but there gone.....off to the big pond
