What depths are the crappie at during mid winter?

Usually where the food is or structure. Alot depends on the particular body of water, mood of the fish, the water clarity, time of day, weather and structure location. Have been pulling them out of the weeds in as little as 7' figuring they were either in there for food or preparing to spawn. No wood located in this lake. Yet, others were catching them 3' - 5' off the bottom in 15' - 20' of water.

What depths are the crappie at during mid winter?

Depending on your lakes they can be low in oxygen now.
Going to deeper water is where I've been finding them.
I'll see suspended groups in 25-35 fow.

i think it's depends on the lake. got some last week 2-3 ft off the bottom.(20 fow). last night in the same spot they were 5 ft. under the ice.
