can't remember exactly, but i think i have two full 100 yd. spools of 40 lb. tipup line on all 5 of mine...it works for me as i don't think ive ever taken more than 75-80 ft. of line

i fill mine 3/4 full w/ 45lb. dacron. not fun though if you get spooled on a cold day! takes 15min. to wind that back on! i like to put about 30yrs of 20lb. mono on first. helps the dacron dry faster and you dont have to use as much dacron to fill up your reel.

100 yrds 36lb dacron . if i get a birdsnest and have to hack some off
 i want some left. its a lot i suppose but with a full spool the line peels off is smoother and less detectable. ;D i think  :laugh:

My lakers have 150 yards.  I always used to buy 150 yard spools and that was easiest. 

jack traps have probably about the same on the big bobs and on the standards have about 100 yards.

Some are 3/4 full and so are full...........not a big runner................ ............. :tipup:

That it does......I now run 20# flyline backing on all my traps. More line than I will ever need are on those traps now.
