Eskimo Quickflip 3 man seems like a deal for $269 but none available. Any ideas?

I found a 3 man Eskimo Quickflip III for $269.  This seems like a great deal for a 3 person tent.  Unfortunately it seems like they're out of stock everywhere I look...
