I am from billings and would like to know the amount of ice on fort peck.

I got this from another web site:

this past weekend and said the ice in the bay was about 18 inches and on the main lake 12".

Thanks for the post.  I'm jealous.  Wish I was able to get up there.  Glad you had some good luck.  Where abouts were you fishing?  Hell Creek?  Just curios, looks like this season is in the books.  Thanks.

I was staying at Hell Creek Marina over the weekend - (Pike Fishing)

I went through the ice last night as I returned to the Marina (about 50ft off shore).

In my opinion, Hell Creek is done for the year (rotten ice).
