Anyone hear the trouser trout comment?

I heard that a radio station in NH interviewed a man at the winni derby asking him what he caught, he replied saying he caught a nice trouser trout and suppiosedly a reporter for a local newpaper quoted him in their paper with the trout comment

There's another post running around here--subject is something like "new kind of trout" (?).  People are actually claiming to have read it in the paper, but I have yet to see it--hope it's true and hope I do
