Somerset Lake
« on: Jan 21, 2007, 10:22 AM »
Hello everyone I am new to this Forum, but would like to report that Lake Somerset, in Hillsdale county has 2.5" of ice as of Saturday morning. After the cold temps we had last night it should be more. I plan on hitting the lake this afternoon and seeing what I can get. I talked with a couple of other guys that too are planing to hit the ice tonday. It's about time to take care of my ice fever  ;D. I might add that the ice is pretty  much even acrossed the lake. We took the reading about one hundred yards out in 15ft of water.
