Headed up to CSP next weekend.  Heard Web Cove is frozen and the upper basin too but NOT by the boat launch (where my place is).

Is anyone able to confirm that Web and upper basin are solid? 

I have a friend that lives on Web so I can access the cove from his place but not sure if there is a way to easily access the upper basin from any camp roads/sites?
