how many pound test?
I use tufline 80lbs test. You might think that is to much but on tobin we still snap line. So many logs for them to wrap around and the ice edge when they run is killer also.

I use the Mason Tip-Up Braided Nylon 30 to 35 lb test. Very easy to work with and haven't broke it yet!!!!

The only problem with that line is it absorbs water and when you pull it out it becomes a mess in the cold air. Where as the tuf line is also braided and is teflon coated. It still freezes when you pull it out but you run it through your fingernails it becomes limp again. Also my 80lbs test is the same diameter as 20lbs monofilament. I bought some 130lbs but it is to stiff and a little over kill.
