trout eggs

i caught a big rainbow the other day and i now have 4 salmon egg jars full to the top with trout eggs in my fridge. any suggestions or tips on how to fish with them? or am i wasting my time?!?!?!

This will be interesting, I am a little curious about this myself. I have often woundered about it. But never bothered with trying.

You got some great eggs..........if u stream fish for browns/steelhead or even brookies and domestic rainbows..tie up some egg sacks w/ some mesh n u'd be all set...people pay good money for those where steelhead browns and salmon run.

 My brother lives in Alaska and saves the eggs from the Salmon he catches by "candying" them somehow. It makes them last longer and stick togeather better. Maybe if you put a post on the Alaska forum, you might get some more info. Good luck.
 Oh, you could add a small amount of eggs to some finely cut chum to sweeten it.

Roe will work for lakers in the Spring especially around shallow gravel bars,but here in NH the D*** Cusk get to the roe before the lakers have a chance.
