If it was me, I would just make one. But if your not a tool maker or have access to such machines, not sure. A lot of tool/Die shops, plastic mold shops all have guys that can easily make something that your looking for and usually can make there own stuff using company machines; on there own time of course
. Do you have any shops around you? Stop in and talk to some tool makers or a machinist. Guess that's what I would do if I couldn't do it myself.
