I saw ice!!

There was ice on the ponds I pass going to work this morning! I SEENT IT WITH MY OWN EYES

I ran with the hound last Saturday around a small pond in temple and it was locked with skim ice, I couldn't believe it, 1st couple days below 32 and it was done. I'm sure it was gone later in the day but certainly signs of an early start.

There's been skim on my local little pond, but....

They dropped it down 8' so the water is at gate level, so it's moving like a river along that area.  :( I'll bet there would be fishable ice right now if they hadn't done that.
