That jig was called a Flirty Girty. I used it for crappies, but big bluegills and pumpkinseeds will eat it too. I used to have a white one.

The lower left ones are some "no bait" jigs that Adam Bricker made. He sent them with one of the 5 Bricker rods I bought. They work pretty good.
