Hey Jigman21.  At the end of July, 2016, I posted a deal for one of these in the 'Best Deals' thread for a little over $200 as I recall and member '3300' bought one.  In a nutshell, he said it was a TOTAL POS and ended up returning it.  That was a couple of years ago obviously, but buyer beware.  Hopefully 3300 will see your post and chime in.  He got it for a song and still returned it if that tells you anything.  The shack almost had too many issues to list.

I had one, didn't make it a full season before I started having issues, and I'm pretty easy on my stuff. Sold it before it totally fell apart, wish I could have returned it but I bought it on clearance at the end of the season and didn't really use it until later in the year.

Do a little research on this site about frabil and their customer experience. I wouldn't buy anything from that company.

I'm on my third year with mine I bought it because of the weight. It has treated me pretty well makes it great one fat man shack and you can put another person in it in a pinch might work for two regular people. My opinion the seats that come with it really suck the only measure 13 inches high, I took them out and built a bench way more comfortable for me. By the way that's why I got a high-rise toilet they are awesome
