Webster Lake
« on: Feb 11, 2018, 06:39 PM »
Hey all,

Hope everyone had a good derby weekend! We did ok with a few Picks and one nice rainbow just not board worthy. Anyway now that the weekend is over im taking a friend out tomorrow and was wondering about Webster lake. Ive never been out there and we will be on foot so not going to far. Do people usually access the lake at the boat launch or by the beach on griffin road? How is the fishing out there? looks like a sunny day tomorrow but a bit breezy, hopefully we can find a way on and get some flags! Thanks guys

Buck

I usually get on by the boat ramp, but many people get on at Griffin beach as well. Both areas have decent parking. There’s plenty of yellow perch, pickerel, bass, and white perch. The white perch are generally very small, but easy to find. It’s stocked with trout, but also heavily fished for trout.
