I just want to catch a pike on my jig pole and that it going to be my big thing this weekend because most likely going to be my last time out this winter.

Yeah, I hear you there.  My buddies and I are going after Pike this weekend as well.  I'm hpoing to get out at least once more after this weekend.

can never figure that part out  down south you have no ice traditionally but up here we have 15 days less  and the ICE IS THICK   oh well pulling shack out tomorrow anyway  :(  last chance for another salmon tommorrow for a few hrs (gotta heat it make it easier to free from ice and snow  plus   last chance for the year

What do you mean about ice?  We have plenty down here.  Does your season end before April 1 like it does in So Maine?

not on st. frloid , glazier or most of the western lakes. mar.31 is when the fat lady sings!! just put on the trebles and headed for glazier sun. hope the damn weather doesnt screw things up like this weekend. good luck everyone!
