New docks at small,boat harbor

Saw a lot of the new docks sinking at the harbor...it looks like the thick ice collapsed some of the flotation components....some engineer must have misjudged their design...they will have a mess after it thaws.....

for 50 years the old docks were taken out.the new operater will learn lake erie always wins
