New to ct

Hi I'm new to ct and was wondering of any places that had ice. I'm from upstate New York and have been dying to get out ice fishing. I currently live new the shore and there is no ice is sight this year. If willing to send me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

most ponds and lakes in nw corner batam goshen area are in the ice best way to tell if theres people on them ice is probally safe
