A soggy first outing

It was a wet and soggy first outing for me but sooooo worth it to be on the ice. ;D Hit the ice at 6:45am and lasted until 10:30 when the rain came hard. Fished with a couple other shanty members and had a pop in visit from another. Fred, John, great to be on the ice again. We had a wet day but a decent one. Bill great to see you. A lot of bass caught mostly cookie cutter fish. Fred did ice a 4#. I had a total of 12 or so with 1 decent fish. Off a few days next week so I hope the ice holds to go chase toothy fish. Merry Christmas all. and a Happy Ice Year.
