Found and bought one of these vs IC nuts. Was a little cheaper, and looks like It will be a little easier to use vs having to install the ICNuts

Tried it out. Worked great. I used a DeWALT set 450in/lb torque 18volt lithium battery. My battery died about 1/2 way lifting the house, but I don't think the battery was fully charged. Worked great.
