The partying can go well into the hours described and I can agree something needs to be done in the summer, NOT WINTER. It could be possible that it will affect late night/early morning crappie trips on the ice. The article does state at the end possible set hours for fishing. Again this is just being proposed and not in affect. What makes me kind of laugh a bit at this is if your going to build a huge house on the shores of one of the most recreated waters in northern Utah you had better be prepared for the noise wether it be night or day or build your big fancy house somewhere else
