Not to big of a lost as I think the lake hasn't produced like it used to anyways.   Still sucks when it's one of the closest lakes to you.   Itd be interesting to see what fish come out of there tho.  There's got to be some decent sized pike in there yet.

The problem with the Fish and Boat Commission is they don't waste time draining lakes but it takes forever to fix the dams because they cry they don't have any money.

There are some good size fish in the lake. We  see them bowfishing catfish.  You would be surprised at some of the walleye and bass we see.  Wonder if I can get my anchor and a few lures I lost.  Two jigging Rapala last trip out.

yeah, they said they would relocate the fish from White Oaks too but then they couldn't get to the remaining water because of the silt and left them. the eagles and gulls had a field day. Guys ice fished it and would walk away with buckets of fish cuz there was no limits. I tried it once and gave up on it. I caught a bucket of starved gills in 2 hours. Wasn't as much fun as you would think it would be. I hope they actually try to save some of the fish.
