I was very pleased with the otter customer service I received this week. I had my seat break in my xt-1200 cottage last week and I sent them an email on Sunday. I came home today to find a package from otter with a brand new seat in it. They asked no questions. I will definitely be giving them more business. You cant beat customer service like that.
