Very disappointing day on my favorite body of water for pike.  So far this year have caught multiple pike every time out there with some pretty nice fish mixed in.  Today got out with two of my buddys and all of us came home with the big skunk for pike.  My two friends managed to jig up some perch though.  Water normally has some good visibility, usually can see the bottom in 6-7 feet, today couldn't see the bottom in 3 feet of water.  Also for those of you who want to give north cove a chance be careful getting on at that boat launch, all water when we got off today, save yourself the wet boots and take the extra hundred steps and go off of the dock to the right.

msmo72890, good advice getting on......went out this morning. We went around the corner to try less fished ice. I ended up with 30" pike and two pickeral on the dead stick so had some action. We left after lunch as the ice was getting punky that far out (started the bounce as we walked ,water pooling up, and spidering). Good amount of guys out and ice was much thicker by launch.....bring spud if ya go.
