They are fishing north end and haven't seen anyone on south end yet but I'm planning on fishing it toward end of week for smelt and the derby is set for I believe the last weekend of trout season but don't quote me on it

Fished today cold as hell caught 58 smelt two dink salmon and a few good Pearce very good I've hope it stays for the derby

Honestly it's a great smelt fishery there are some real nice trout but hard to catch as they lower and raise the water consently makes it very tough but you can catch Pearce brown rainbow brook lake trout salmon there's small mouth in there as well
