About 4 months ago I was looking for a system for my snowmobile to carry my auger,propane,buckets ect. I came across Johnson's Cargo Systems. I went to the web page and looked at what he had and after talking to him a couple of times I drove out to his shop in otter lake Michigan. He showed me around and I was impressed with his shop and his attention to detail of his systems, so I bought one. it was real easy to install on my skidoo. Well I took it to Canada last week and don't you know it..one weld popped on a lower mounting bracket so when I came home I called him up and told him about the weld breaking..He said no problem I stand behind everything I make. so I went out to his shop, now all that needed to be fixed was a small weld or he could replace a small mounting bracket and I was good to go..But he goes and gives me two whole replacement brackets and a two support rods and then says here take this too..He gives me a brand new, in the box johnsoncargo system. I said do I need to take off the one I have on my sled and he said no,,,this one is for your trouble. Now tell me how many businesses do that!!!! all he had to do is fix a small weld or replace a small bracket but instead he replaces the bracket and gives me a new system to boot for my trouble..well I am sold on Johnson's Cargo Systems, Ice Auger Carrier, sys it's nice to see a guy who stands behind what he makes and sells.
