Littleville ice condition?

Any info on Littleville ice condition and if gate is open would be appreciated. Thanks

I went by there Monday you can get to the parking lot no problem there was a snow bank at the top of the ramp. But you can drag your stuff around it. There were 3shantys out straight from the launch and a couple guys off to the right. I didn't go out and check the ice so im not sure how thick it was.

Fished this morning, nice without any wind for a change. 8+inches of ice, but bring your cleats! Caught one 13" Bow and one 16" Pick on a copper Hali, as well as a lot of small smelt

Lowaccord you should give it a shot since the conditions at Onota have been less than favorable.  I don't get the allure of smelting but to each their own.  If they could be used as pike bait then that would be a different story.

Its a different story!  I use them for pike bait but they need to be the right size...for me there is no other allure to them.
