Boy wacked a 8 pointer with his bow, We are heading to ross lake to hunt moose on the second hunt! I got drawn for the third time! Boy got drawn in 2013, shot a nice bull 10 minutes into the season in november in Thomaston!

I got my any deer permit this year, and my girlfriend also go her license, so that means more chances for success this year. I already missed my first shot on a critter this year, and that's a shame because I actually think Canada Goose is OK eating. I'm hoping to redeem myself when duck opens, and I scouted an awesome spot for woodies earlier this month.

If all else fails, hotdogs are both cheap and tasty

My boy got a 8 pointer in the expanded zone , and now got a 6 pointer in the opening nite of regular season! Now its off to moose hunt with me on second season!

Congrats Steve  , I saw the  post on my hunt site by AlexD, but wasn't sure that was you, I had a suspicion though when you talked about across street from my Dads down in Pond . Lots of cows over there . Where the girls go the big fellas follow  you must have been a pretty happy PAPPA !!!
