West lake by Osceola was at 3" on sunday, fished a 3 acre farm pond saturday and sunday that was 5" on Saturday, and 6" on Sunday. I would guess with the cold temps this week they will be in good shape by saturday.

Went by yesterday and saw two shanties on 3 Mile.  Still some open water in spots.  Didn't make it over to check out 12 Mile.  Headed to IGL this weekend or would be down there fishing.  Hoping to be there the following weekend.  Good luck!!

Was at 12 mile last night. Accessed on east boat ramp and walked across the lake. 7" of ice. Slow bite only 2 walleyed just after dark. Water seemed quite dirty????

Has anyone been on 12 mile this week or today. I want to head down there . Is the ice still safe with this weather. If still safe is there enough ice for a snowmobile or ATV.

You can call the bait shop in Afton. The old guy that runs it usually knows what's going on with the ice...

Fished 12 mile yesterday.  Ice was 9in.  Don't think I would drive a quad on it though.

I walked out from the west boat ramp to the main channel and quite a ways south and it was all around 9 inches.  Make sure you check for yourself though.
