can anyone tell me where there is a good spot to park and pull a portable hut to fish for crappie and perch?  also a place to stay overnight?

I grew up in Bewdley and just fished it the other day...I always just park right on the main street and drag your stuff across the park to the water(40 feet)...there is a place for trucks with boats to park in the summer around the corner to the east if the downtown is packed(down past the orange marina building)(but a far walk) and that corner of the ice was the last ice to freeze.  I have no idea about overnight stays.

Golden Beach Resort on the south shore just east of Harwood has accommodations and hut rentals, I believe.

Not sure of the quality or the price, but my understanding is that they went from a 3 season resort to a 4 season resort in the last 2 or 3 years.
