Same thing happened to my clam a few years ago, i ordered marine canvas off of eBay for $6.25 per yard (36''x60''and used fabric glue to attach the patches- place the patch between two pieces of plywood until it dries. Mine has held for two seasons and still holding well. Cheap fix- not the best looking but its an option.

I've used the fabric softener sheets for the past 2 seasons due to the mice chewing my hut. I was sceptical but I have to say it really works well. I've got a flip over style hut and I put a few on the inside and a few taped to the outside and haven't had a problem since. Last year I wrapped my hut in plastic with some sheets in between layers. Also worked very well. No more holes in my hut.

Sorry to see your photos,reminds me I should check my flipover. Another option for a new top would be to try an auto upholstery shop. If they or you can find 300 or 600 denier weight fabric a new top can be fabricated. Check Fabrill's or other shanty brands websites to see what type material they use I believe it is some type of nylon.

Man that sucks !  I must say I got a good laugh when I saw your picture ...   The chipmunks in my neighboorhood suffer from Crosmans disease because they get in the camper.
   You could take it to one of the Amish guys that do awnings and boat covers [ some one else mentioned this] Tell him to fix it , make a pattern and make a few extras to sell and you wont charge him for the new business Idea...      I don't like to give them much work but they are like the Walmart of small jobs {cheap}.
