Buckskin Update?

Good Morning ya'll.

I'm headed up north to see the old folks up in SSC, Nebraska.  I want to hit up Buckskin hills for a few hours or Crystal Cove.  Just curious what the bite is doing and what the ice thickness is. 

I sure hope this weather this weekend doesnt get too warm.  Glad to see the lows are in the 20's.  People look at me strange when I cuss the weather peeps for temps in the 40's.

Haven't fished either one in a long time but you know you will for sure catch trout and maybe a pike out of the cove I would say try powder creek it less of a drive to it then buckskin never had any luck on buckskin threw the ice fishing it growing up as a kid in ssc
