Lyman's FB post just said the ice is not safe right now....let's hope that changes before this weekend!

 I live 12 miles west of Lymans. The temp since sun has been around 40 with a cool night time of 40 then it rained during the night last night and has been raining all morning. So you can guess what the ice may be like >:(.

hopefully it will be water on top, only to reference starting tonight. There's a couple nights in the teens, so it should tighten it up a bit by this weekend. I would say anytime you have water on top of the ice they will post unsafe conditions.
