Here are the polar tip up covers i made yesterday, super easy and cheap, about 70 cents a piece to make. I have no idea how to post a pic on this forum so here is a vid.

I made some out of 2" pink board. When I finished cutting them out, I wrapped them with Black Gorilla Duck tape. I did both sides with tape. They work awesome! I'm still using them.
When I get home I'll post a photo.

Here's the ones that I made. I use HT tipups and just set them on top of the covers. They have worked out well for me.
That Gorilla Duct tape is amazing stuff...

Good thinking, that gorilla tape is awesome stuff, I patched a 8" round hole in a tent one time with it, one layer on either side. The tent leaked rain everywhere else but the taped spot, lol. Thanks for the tip

You Bet PaWW.
I put that stuff on there so I can get them out of the ice after an all night "soak". Works well.

I made some out of the interlocking floor mats from Menards ($9). Got 4 pieces that snapped together and got 8 hole covers out of two of them. I used the bottom of a five gallon bucket as the template for the circles. Best thing is they all fit in the bottom of the bucket and work great. Kept the other two as normal squares to put my feet on in my flip over shack, its amazing how much warmer my feet stay when they are off the ice.
