Sorry i missed this one. O have been on koontz a few times this year and done well. Ill be gone this weekend but eill pry get out there next week a couple times.

Heard there is open water at the public boat launch at the southeast end channel. Anyone know a safe way to get on this lake where there is public parking? Trying to get out there tomorrow

we always parked off the curve on highway 23 and walked out.

Thanks......just south end of the dam? Is there open spots for parking with all the snow?

I was out this evening, there is a big parking lot by the dam. If u have a truck you shouldnt have any problem woth parking. I may be out again tom. Good luck.
