Happiest day of fishing yet!

Not only was it my first time fishing for tigers today, but we were successful! I told myself all season I wanted to get a tiger muskie before it was over. I'd like to think all my homework and planning added up.
Here's mine. 24". Not big but a beautiful first time fish:

A few hours after this one my girlfriend got a flag. And as usual, out fished me:

I couldn't be happier and my goals for the season are done. Besides finding trophy pike in Maine this week  ;D

Congrats on the Tiger Muskies for you and your girlfriend. I've yet to catch one myself. They are very cool looking fish.

Thanks again guys. I definitely have plans to spend more time learning about this fish and to fish for them more next year. I will say that they are much different than any other fish I have landed as far as how they act once hooked. So different from other species. I think that is why I'm now hooked!
