Taxidermists Near Plattsburgh?
« on: Feb 03, 2014, 04:14 PM »
Hey guy I am going to be getting my tax money back in about 2 weeks and will finally have enough money to get My 16" Native Brook Trout mounted but need info on good quality taxidermists in my area to figure out where I should bring it. Any reviews will help on people who do good quality work and maybe the prices of doing a fish the size of mine.

Check out Mike Foster. Foster taxidermy. He is good. I'm not sure if he is still doing fish mounts, but the worst that can happen is he says no.

he dont do fish any more to my knowledge but will refer you to a colleague that does..
If you consider it a sport to gather your food by drilling through 36 inches of ice and sitting there all day hoping that the food will swim by, you might live in northern New York
