Beaver lake plattsmouth
« on: Jan 17, 2014, 08:35 PM »
Any reports from here?  I have a friend that lives on the lake. The cove to the south of the dam. I have seen perch there but have only open water fished it. Catching bass and crappies.

No reports here but I also have a friend with lakefront property there. I've got access anytime, we should just go make a day of it! PM me if interested.
Ice fishing is a subculture, one wouldn't understand until they experienced it...

I was there a couple weeks ago. Ice was about 7" then but it looked like the geese still had the water open down by the dam. Fishing was slow..

My boss owns a house up there and invited us to give it a try.  Hoping to head up there Sunday if the weather hold up.  Have the open spots only been near the dam?

By the dam and around docks that have water pumping around them. That was 3 or 4 weeks ago though. Be careful and safe fishing..
