It's good for anything that runs on gasoline that has ethanol  ;)

ya, especially with the older augers, one-two capfuls in a season, I'll run it through until tank is empty, I know it sounds a little extreme, but that's what I do. Don't have any problems and usually starts on second or third pull.

I actually put a good splash in every tank I mix for the auger or the boat.

Also in the appropriate off season I drain my tanks pour it into the gas line and remove the plug wire and turn the motor over a few times....after sitting for months the carbs are not gummmed and they fire up first try every time.

2 tips......I believe it is NAPA that sells it by the gallon ( works out to about 25% of the price).....and 2 if you just what a small bottle STP makes a comparable product for about 75% of the price.
If you believe you can.....or believe you can't....

Use it in my truck too. Works great in everything, just don't go crazy with it in your auger!

pay the couple extra bucks and run with premium fuel. not supposed to run fuel with ethanol through any small motor as it eats all the rubber parts away in the motor.

Hi Uncle Ugly!!

Seriously the guy is the best mechanic I have ever seen and I grew up in a family of car mechanics and was an auto body tech myself. I have never seen a guy that can fix a toaster, a D8 Cat, robotic welding equipment and anything else mechanical or electrical. Makes many of the parts for this stuff himself. It is a dying art.

When a guy like him recommends a product, I listen. So far, I have not needed Seafoam in my auger. I use fresh gas all the time and make sure that I always put fuel stabilizer in any gas I buy. Also make sure to measure oil very accurately, always store them right and have never had an issue with any two cycle motor so far.
Good Luck and Good Fishing to You!!!
