Marcum Customer Service- #1- Thank You

After reading about a few Guys that had fuse problems and trying to find the tiny replacement fuses, e mailed Marcum and told them my concerns.The next day I got a reply saying a new fuse wiring holder was in the mail. 3 days later it was in my mailbox.Complete setup with an automotive type plug in fuse and holder.Undid the old one, plugged in the new holder and works like a Charm. Great Job Marcum!! Thank you!!

I just had the same issue and got the exact same service.  They are awesome to deal with.  Always nice to call a number and get a real person ready to help on the other end.  A+

I posted this here on December 19th.

"I recently purchased a Marcum LX-7 and noticed that the soft pack had what looks to be 3/4 inch female plastic buckles on each side of the case.  Was at a sporting goods store to purchase the strap but they don't have anything for it and they sell Marcums.  The soft cases in the store were not like mine, missing the little buckles, but the LX-9 had a case exactly like mine.  Anyway, store can't help me out, says contact Marcum, which I did.  Received email reply from Mike Mesch, Marcum CS, says to contract customer service, to order an accessory kit, for $24.99 + shipping, if I want the strap.  He doesn't say what is in the kit.  All I want is a shoulder strap since the LX-7 is like a bowling ball and hard to carry with additional fishing gear and $24.99 + shipping seems like a lot for a strap. I left a message with customer service since nobody took my call.  Awaiting their return call."

Anyway, I'm still waiting for that call.  I guess 2 out of 3 ain't bad.
