nanofil strength

Those using nanofil from berkley....how would u rate the strength of this line ? Is it as strong as the ice braids on the market ?

It seems the lower weight lines break at about their rated strength, ie.. 2, 4, 6 lbs. I like the 12 lbs and attach a flouro leader depending on fish type I'm after. I've even put on 20 lbs flouro with the 12 lbs Nano for Pike and never broke the Nano. I've put a lot of pressure on it and it's held up. I know some people have had issues with the lower weights but not me or anyone I know that uses it, but again we all pretty much use the 12 lbs with leaders. I have 6lb on 1 ice rod and like it, haven't had any issues and have caught Pike and Bass on it. If you tie the knots correctly you wont have problems with that either, it's pretty slick line, best slip bobber line IMO, hardly any water pick up also. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
