You can have minnows at Alcova, you just have to buy them in that area, there is a shop close by.

Sloans usually has decent minnows, and their always there early

Call Sloan's ahead of time on the minnows. They generally have some, but have seen them out before too. Last year they were closed between Christmas and New Years that caught some people by surprise. Not sure what their plan is this year.

Anyone fishing Alcova this weekend and got room for a newcomer to the area. Moved to Casper 3 months ago and I'm itching to get on the ice. All my tackles situated for walleyes, but I could definitely work on getting the trout tackle box started. Send me a PM.
