hunting blind ice shanty

hi guys, haven't been on in a while and i want to revisit my 1st post.  It was about making my hunting blind into an ice shanty, well i set it up and turned on the lights in our garage and noticed that there were scratches and small holes in the sides and roof.  How to I patch them cause i put a little fan on it and i went inside and i could feel the wind easily.  Also has anyone ever put there portable on a sled like the shappell bay runner cause i would like to do that so i can haul it with my snowmobile.

you don't want see though window if you are spearing from it and I have used black rv silicon to fix small holes and scratches.

nevermind everyone i got my uncles ice house so i can actually have space fishing
