Got my deer,

now I can get ready for ice!!!

The day started at 4:30 A.M ,had to drop my sweety off at work.Then I Was off to meet up with my hunting group.Morning temp was 35 degrees and it was raining,plus 30 mph wind .I set up on a dugout in the middle of a CRP field and watched for 2.5 hrs and saw nothing close enough to shoot.I headed to the truck and drove over to check on the rest of the crew and found out 1 of them had taken a decent 5x5.The other 2 were still in the field.I proceded to drive around and "patrol" the area for tresspasers,we have alot of trouble with this. Then I headed back to check on them again.Whe nI glassed the field I could see One of them "hurrying" the opposit direction of us.We headed out there and found that he had taken a very nice 5x5 .This is the best part ,As we were gutting him His cell phone fell out of his pocket and into the chest cavity which was full of blood,lol.totally soaked it in blood.So then we load the deer in his truck and head back to my jeep.We were all standing there laughing and carying on when one of the guys spots a buck headed our way.I ran and grabbed my rifle and smoked him at 200 yds.He wasnt what I was hopeing for ,but he will be TASTY!!!

Actually ,I couldnt use it.The stalks were to tall to get a clean shot.I used a fence post as a rest.

I was referring to it in general stumper ;D. I have one and love it. Have made some very long shots that my buddies without out just can't believe.

Man check out that rifle :o.  From now on when Stumper talks I think I'll listen ;D

I used to have something similar but was only a .22.
