I don't know what the fishing is like at the N end {Regional Park} is like this year, or what the road into it might be like, but in the past I have found mostly pike and burbot in that area as it's fairly shallow, 10 -12 feet is the usual depth.
A person may encounter an odd perch or cisco in there as well.
Walleye may show up late in the season as the N and S ends of the lake are their spawning areas, but I have never tried the N end that late in the season to see what it's like then.
