$1000 on average it depends on how simple or extreme you want to go.  :)

that all should depend on how crazy you want to get.

so far me and my buddy are $60. cost into our build.
$40 on 4 windows about $20 on screws

all the wood was so far was taken from skids.(kayak shipping skids)
hoping to find someone getting rid of plywood from a reno demo.

Will post a photo ASAP. once i get this photobucket account set up

I built my 8x12 for under $200 and my 7x8 cost just over $100. But that's using almost all recycled material I already have more than both those shacks combined into changes I'm doing to my camper that's becoming the comfy shack

8.5x12 approximately 3k. That's everything from lumber, plywood, plexi glass, paint, roofing, caulking, and building custom trailer.

I  am just finishing my 8x8 and I am up to 1500.00. I will post pictures when done and when I can figure out how to. I used marine grade ply on bottom fully insulated, 5 windows and steel siding. I also have a unwavering wood burner and fully finished inside.

I up to like 80 bucks on my 8x11.  I'm building. A base and I had to buy screws and the 2x6s for the base and that's it so far.  I have been scrounging the dump for scrap wood for a few weeks and its comming together nicely.  I plan u jusT have a base with 4x4 skis and than walls with 3x3 studs and a slanted roof and I plan to shrink wrap it with boat shrink wrap

my perm was 1500. and after a few years of rain etc, with no new paint the wooden exterior walls need to be re done, i am working on it on the weekends and have about 200 into the lumber so far, and 100 into catch covers to get rid of the wooden flip up covers, and i still need to get the steel siding so i never have to do this again. im not worried about putting some money into it because i have had some serious offers in the 2500- 3k range. once i get her all prettied up im sure i can get my money back out of it someday.
