Went to Placid for the weekend 11/11 and took some pics and did some partying!!  Ice is getting closer!!

Right after I took this pic in Tupper Lake a duck mistook the ice for open water and did a wipe out on it!

hey rob i was just up there in the Malone/messina/plattsburg region last weekend one day it was 15 above the next it was 60!! some crazy weather man i hope the ice comes soon!! how cold was it were ur at?

Friday night it was about 20degrees at 10pm, then the next day it was in the 50's!

Nice Robb, did you get a deer yet or two maybe   What a difference in temperatures up there in the High Peaks region!

No deer yet slipbob, maybe this weekend, though I am having some venison for dinner tonight!!


Won't be long guys, supposed to get cold this weekend, hopefully I'll see some more ducks crashing on the ice !!

Caroga, you better stop in for some beers this weekend!! I'll have some venison on the grill ready!
