Since I was called out as being a bad sportsman for "ignoring legalities" I have to make this thread because i cant defend myself since someone locked the thread.

Asking a question on legalities to try to figure out if its possible and how to do it legally does not equate to someone intentionally ignoring the laws and doing it anyways.

My question was simply to gauge the laws and see if there has been anyone who has done it and hear what had to be done. I specifically asked for the part of transporting fish to be ignored in the discussion because that law is obvious and in its base form is meant to prevent transplanting fish in other bodies of water. If there was a legal way to own a large mouth bass as a pet then that part of the law would obviously be voided.

So remember, just because someone asks a question does not mean they are skirting the law. If I planned to break the law, why the heck would i even ask if it was legal? I thought that would be obvious but I guess I should have known better then to assume common sense.

Oh, and to whoever said i should buy a black widow so it would bite me and kill me, how old are you? Big internet tough guy wishing death on people who have a different opinion? Grow up.

when i was in college a kid had a 10" small mouth bass in a tank with African ciclids.  sure it wasn't legal...but we were in college, most of the stuff we did wasn't legal

Id say your best bet if you want do it 100% legal go to cabelas or bass pro everyday, they have them in the tanks for everyone to watch

Wasnt adding up? My lord. Its like some of you are missing a chromosome. Why would I post a question asking if its legal and other various questions on legality if I planned to do it anyways? If that was my plan why would I post on a forum where some people know my name announcing to the world I planned to break the law.

Officially done with this site. The amount of pussies personified here makes it intolerable. Tony asked a simple question and the butthurt arrive and attack like sharks.
